GoNoGo Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

1A. Scope

GoNoGo LLC ("GoNoGo," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates GoNoGo, a government-contracting platform with AI-assisted features (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information through our websites, mobile and web applications, guest features, and related communications.

This Privacy Policy applies to updates, new features, and future versions of GoNoGo unless we provide a separate privacy notice.

1B. ContractIQ

ContractIQ LLC is a separate business that provides optional consulting services and communications. Section 5 explains when information may be shared with ContractIQ. Consulting engagements are governed by a separate agreement with ContractIQ and its applicable privacy notice.

2. Information We Collect

2A. Account Information

We may collect your name, email address, account credentials, contact details, and profile information.

2B. Business Information

We may collect company name, UEI or CAGE codes, NAICS codes, certifications, capabilities, business contacts, and other entity information you provide.

2C. Content and Activity

We may collect or process uploaded documents and their contents; AI prompts, conversations, and responses; notes; pursuit decisions; saved searches; and information extracted or generated from that content.

2D. Payment Information

Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor or, where applicable, by the platform through which a purchase is made. We may receive customer references, subscription status, payment amounts, transaction identifiers, credit balances, and related billing records. We do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

2E. Communications and Sharing

We may collect support requests, consulting inquiries, feedback, and information you provide when inviting others or sharing content, including recipient contact information.

2F. Usage and Technical Information

We may collect pages and features used, search activity, interaction patterns, browser and operating-system information, IP addresses, timestamps, referring URLs, crash information, diagnostics, and error reports.

2G. Device and Storage Information

We may use session tokens, preferences, and browser or device identifiers needed to operate the Service, remember settings, maintain security, and prevent abuse.

We do not use device signals to fingerprint or probabilistically identify a user or device in violation of applicable platform rules.

2H. Public and Third-Party Sources

We may use government records, company websites, and other public or lawfully available business information to research entities and contracting opportunities. These records may include business contact information.

2I. Authorized Providers

When you choose to use an identity provider or other integrated service, we may receive basic profile information and other information necessary to provide the requested integration. We may also receive transaction, delivery, security, or service information from providers that help operate GoNoGo.

3. How We Use Your Information

3A. Service Delivery

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve GoNoGo. This includes processing documents and requests, supporting AI-assisted features, refining searches and opportunity matching, and improving recommendations based on your business profile, preferences, and activity.

3B. Transactions and Communications

We use information to process and administer subscriptions, credits, and transactions; maintain billing records; send account, billing, service, and security notices; respond to support requests; and facilitate consulting inquiries you choose to submit.

3C. Analytics and Product Development

We use information for internal analytics, research, testing, performance measurement, troubleshooting, and development of current and future GoNoGo features.

This may include analyzing account and business-profile information, feature use, feedback, transaction trends, and technical performance to understand customer needs and improve the Service.

We may also measure the effectiveness of GoNoGo and ContractIQ communications and campaigns within your marketing choices. These activities remain subject to the sharing and model-development limits in this Privacy Policy.

3D. Optional Marketing

Where you have opted in, we may send marketing communications about GoNoGo and ContractIQ products, services, events, and educational content. The signup or consent request will identify the business or businesses covered.

Creating an account, requesting support, or purchasing a subscription does not by itself subscribe you to optional marketing.

3E. Your Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. This does not stop essential account, billing, legal, service, or security communications.

We do not use your private documents, pursuit notes, or AI conversations in advertising, testimonials, or case studies without separate permission.

3F. Security and Compliance

We use information to troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate security issues, enforce our agreements, protect users and the Service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on one or more of the following:

• performance of our agreement with you;
• our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service and preventing abuse;
• your consent, where required; and
• compliance with legal obligations.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, subject to applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

5A. Marketing Boundaries

We do not sell or rent your personal information or private workspace content.

We do not share personal information with unrelated businesses for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The limited disclosures below support the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and do not give outside parties unrestricted access to your information.

5B. Service Providers

We may share relevant information with providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, security, customer support, document processing, and AI-assisted features.

We require providers acting on our behalf to process information only for authorized purposes and under appropriate confidentiality, security, and use restrictions. We require protections that are consistent with, and where required equivalent to, the protections described in this Privacy Policy and applicable platform requirements.

This does not authorize providers to use your private information for unrelated advertising, resale, or independent product development.

Payment processors and app-distribution platforms may also process certain information for their own legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and platform obligations under their applicable terms and privacy notices.

5C. ContractIQ

When you request consulting help or a quote from ContractIQ, we may share the contact information, inquiry, selected services, and opportunity context needed for ContractIQ to respond.

ContractIQ uses that information to handle your request and any separately agreed consulting engagement under its applicable privacy notice.

Where you opt into communications that include ContractIQ, we may also share your contact details and communication preferences for that purpose. This does not give ContractIQ unrestricted access to your private GoNoGo workspace or GoNoGo analytics.

5D. People You Authorize

We may disclose information to other users with access to a shared business workspace and to recipients you select when sharing content or sending invitations. Their access depends on the feature and permissions involved.

Sending someone an invitation or opportunity does not automatically subscribe them to marketing.

5E. Business Transfers

We may disclose information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections and applicable law.

A transfer does not by itself remove privacy commitments that continue to apply to previously collected information.

5F. Legal and Safety Purposes

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, or protect the rights, property, security, and safety of GoNoGo, our users, or others.

5G. Your Permission

We may disclose information for another purpose that we explain to you and that you authorize.

6. Third-Party Services and AI

6A. Service Providers

We use third-party services to help operate GoNoGo. Depending on the feature, relevant information may be processed by providers of hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, security, support, and AI.

Independent third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

6B. AI Processing and Review

The GoNoGo assistant and other AI-assisted features help review documents, analyze opportunities, conduct research, and generate suggestions.

To provide those features, relevant prompts, conversation history, uploaded content or extracted text, business information, and opportunity context may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers.

Before personal data collected through the iOS app is shared with a third-party AI provider, we provide the disclosure and obtain the permission required by applicable law and applicable Apple platform rules. If permission is required and you do not provide it, the affected AI feature may be unavailable or limited.

Authorized personnel may review relevant content for support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security, service quality, or investigation of a reported response.

Third-party providers may retain information for limited service, security, and legal purposes under their applicable agreements and our instructions.

6C. Models and Service Improvement

We may develop, evaluate, and improve models used for GoNoGo features using public or properly licensed information, service-usage and performance data, and aggregated or de-identified information.

Private documents, pursuit notes, AI conversations, and their substantive contents are not included in training datasets used across customers unless we separately explain that use and obtain permission from a customer authorized to provide it, together with any other consent required by law or applicable platform rules.

Processing your content to answer your request, personalize your workspace, retrieve relevant information, or evaluate the quality and safety of a specific response is separate from using private customer content to train a model across customers.

We do not authorize third-party AI providers acting on our behalf to use private customer content to train models or develop services for their own independent purposes.

6D. Government Information

Public government data is provided for informational purposes. GoNoGo LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or any federal agency.

7. Data Retention

7A. Retention Purposes

We retain account information, workspace content, and related records while your account is active or as otherwise needed to provide the Service.

Retention periods depend on the information's purpose, sensitivity, legal requirements, security needs, and our need to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

7B. Account Deletion

You may initiate deletion of your GoNoGo account from Settings > Privacy in the app. If you cannot access the app or your account, you may contact support@gonogo-app.com.

Following a verified account-deletion request, we delete or de-identify personal information from active systems within 30 days, except for information we are legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted to retain for specific purposes.

Limited billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and deletion records may be retained only for those purposes and are not used for marketing.

7C. Backups and Shared Records

Backup copies may remain until they expire under our backup-retention schedule, with access and use restricted to recovery, security, or legal requirements.

Records belonging to a business or other contributors in a shared workspace may remain where another authorized party has a lawful right to retain them, subject to applicable deletion obligations.

Public-source records and copies already shared with recipients may continue to exist outside your account.

7D. Limited Ongoing Records

We may retain a minimal record of your marketing opt-out so we can continue to honor it.

We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information for internal analytics, research, benchmarking, product development, and the model-improvement purposes described in Section 6.

We do not attempt to re-identify individuals from information we treat as de-identified.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8A. Available Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision about a privacy request.

Where applicable, you may also complain to a data-protection authority.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8B. Access, Export, and Deletion

You can update certain profile information within the Service.

To request an export or initiate deletion of your GoNoGo account, open Settings > Privacy in the app or your account on our website and follow the relevant steps.

You may also email support@gonogo-app.com, including if you no longer have access to the app or account.

We may reasonably verify your identity and authority before completing a request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8C. Marketing Preferences

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contact support to stop marketing messages.

Tell us if you want the request to cover both GoNoGo and ContractIQ. We honor the scope of your request and may keep a minimal record necessary to respect it.

Preferences for opportunity alerts and other optional service notifications are separate.

8D. Subscription Cancellation and Account Deletion

Canceling a subscription stops renewal through the applicable billing channel but does not by itself delete your GoNoGo account.

Account deletion is a separate action and ends access when completed, including access to unused paid time or credits associated with the account, subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service.

If you want to keep using remaining paid access, cancel renewal but retain your account until you are ready to delete it.

9. Data Security

9A. Our Safeguards

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, logging, and safeguards for service providers.

Access to private content is limited to authorized personnel and providers for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and is subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9B. Your Responsibilities

Use a strong, unique password and share workspace access only with people you authorize.

Do not upload classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled material, or highly sensitive personal information unless we have expressly agreed in writing to support it with appropriate safeguards.

9C. Security Concerns

If you suspect unauthorized access or discover a security issue, contact support@gonogo-app.com.

If a security incident creates a legal notification obligation, we will notify affected people and authorities as required.

10. Cookies, Local Storage, Analytics, and Tracking

10A. Service Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar mechanisms to maintain sessions, remember preferences, operate features, and protect the Service.

On mobile platforms, we use only identifiers and device information permitted for the relevant purpose under applicable platform rules.

10B. Analytics and Marketing Measurement

We may use measurement tools to understand engagement with our websites, features, and GoNoGo or ContractIQ communications, including email delivery, opens, and responses where permitted.

We currently do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.

If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required.

10C. App Tracking Transparency and Device Fingerprinting

Where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, we request permission before engaging in tracking as Apple defines that term.

We do not attempt to bypass a user's App Tracking Transparency choice by using alternative identifiers, hashed identifiers, device characteristics, browser characteristics, network information, or other signals to fingerprint or probabilistically identify a user or device.

10D. Your Controls

Browser and device settings may allow you to limit cookies, local storage, tracking permissions, or other data access. Blocking essential technologies may affect Service functionality.

Where legally or contractually required, we obtain consent for nonessential tracking and honor applicable opt-out mechanisms.

11. Privacy of Children

The Service is intended for adults age 18 and older, as stated in our Terms of Service.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or from children otherwise protected by applicable children's privacy laws in a manner that would violate those laws.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to GoNoGo, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as required.

12. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States and is intended primarily for U.S. business use.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.

Where required, we use appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as GoNoGo, our providers, our analytics tools, or our practices develop.

We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method before they take effect where required.

We will explain materially different data uses or disclosures and obtain consent where required.

Updates do not by themselves expand your marketing permission or remove choices and protections that continue to apply to previously collected information.
